On the ROSALY Suisse website (.ch), it is only possible to place an order to a Swiss delivery address.

All our Rosaly products are shipped from Switzerland via a secure and tracked shipping method (La Poste). Shipping costs are free from 70 CHF of purchase, without code. Shipping costs are applied at checkout and do not include customs duties.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order after 2 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimated and Rosaly is not not responsible for any delays in deliveries that may be affected, natural events, strikes or delays by our service providers, nor for additional costs, return costs once the package has been shipped.

Please note that we cannot ship to PO Box addresses. We kindly ask you to provide us with a valid physical address. Please note that Rosaly does not offer package forwarding, collection or refund services for items sent to hotels or other temporary locations.

Packages that cannot be delivered by our shipping partners due to lack of details in the delivery address, packages refused by the customer or packages that have not been collected at the post office will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our central warehouse. A cancellation fee of 7CHF will be deducted from the total amount before reimbursement in order to allow ROSALY to cover shipping costs paid unnecessarily.
